The plane was damaged in Luanda and was ferried to AMS to be repaired.

As for flying on VATSIM you can use "Qantas", "Speedbird" and "Emirates" as the callsigns but ALWAYS use your pilot ID as the flight number. As for the Luanda trip it is the "Giant" callsign.

There are some new destinations for Polar, that Polar hasn't been to for awhile. Most Polar's operations now will filter through ANC-JFK-ILN. The weekends Polar will operate ILN-HNL-SYD-PVG as well as LAX-TPE-HKG.

Darrell and I work for the real company and he is correct on the landing fuel. The real ATLAS/POLAR co min landing fuel is 10.5 kgs at destination and 7.0 at alternate. Our globe manual does not state this anywhere as of yet.

Atlas air is not in trouble, but it is true we will not be flying to PIK in scheduled service anymore. We are closing the base.
