Atlas has not had any flights planned into Any airports into Russia or Ukraine. There are overflights of Russia on some westbound transpacific flights. So its essentially ops normal for now.

That repaint looks great Justin, N778LA is currently not in Southern colors sort of a hybrid Lan Cargo paint. I suppose it will be the 1st to appear in Atlas/DHL hybrid colors.... Just my opinion

for those who have not seen this bird, it is painted in the Polar/DHL hybrid colors. It's a sharp looking bird.

Not sure where they have been stored, I have heard they were parked at ILN, they are 5 ex TWA Pratt powered ones. They are in process of getting the freighter conversion ( from the PC configuration ABX had previously )

at ORD in addition to the south cargo area, Atlas and Polar will occasionally park at the Northeast ramp , Shared with the old Air National Guard ramp.
Location is mainly dependant on availability and length of time the aircraft is expected to stay.

No airplane built is excempt from the laws of physics, Airbus would like you to think that is the case. While the protections built into the systems are designed to keep the aircraft out of trouble, pilots still need the basic skills..
