Now that the PMDG 737 Freighter is available in MSFS, are we allowed to log flights in MSFS using this aircraft?

Seems like the brand "Southern Air" is no more. Just one more suggestion here. Since Atlas, Polar and I believe Southern Air use KG instead of LBS, can the load amounts be adjusted accordingly on the schedules?
