Looking for a C++ Programmer

"I am looking for someone who can help me rewrite the Globe Cargo PIREP program. I am not nearly as proficient in C++ pogramming as I would like to be or is required for new features I have planned. There are a couple of revolutionary ideas that I would like to implement and as far as I know have never been seen in the VA world before. Though I don't think these features will be extremely complicated to program I still wish to have someone more experienced than I to work on the program.
