new members password?

Hello everyone Am new here and after a few try i passed the exam to join globe cargo. I see my name was added to the roster 1553 but didn't recive any password to log in so where can i get my password from. ii have emailed someone but got a automated email back saying it my email (hotmail) can anybody help please Daniel 1553

"Hi Daniel, welcome aboard! This is a known issue with hotmail and msn accounts for sure, there may be others that don't work. If you have another email account (not with hotmail/msn) please submit that to us and we'll update the email and reset your password. If you don't have another address let me know and I set your account to my email address just to get the password. From there you can log in and change the password to whatever you would like. This issue has been corrected on the new website. Justin"

I can not access the website due to the same problem several others are experiencing. I can't reset the password until I can access the site. Justin"
