"As clearly stated in the Pilot's manual, you have to get FSACARS or FSKeeper working before doing any flights. I currently have a pilot who sent me 3 Pireps to enter. ALL FUTURE PIREPS SENT BECAUSE THE RECORDING SYSTEM IS NOT PROPERLY CONFIGURED WON'T BE ENTERED UNLESS AUTORIZED BY AN ADMINISTRATORS. That is for the NSA Region. Thank you."
