You can use any add-on you wish the only governing factor is your Frame Rates, the only stipulation is a G.C.recognised Pirep System either G.C,s own or FSFK

I believe it is but can it be used with the freighter or only the passenger version of the 744?

FS2Crew came out w/ a freighter variant for the PMDG MD-11 release.
Since then, they have received requests to create a freighter variant for the PMDG 747X.

You can use FS2Crew for the 744F if you copy the panel from the pax version to the freighter.( Be sure to back up your original 744F panel)
