open bid flight tproblem

Im having a problem with the open bid flights, it shows i selected a flight from PANC to KLAX but I never touched that... is there a way to delete it ?? its PAC 998 for thursday

Is it possible that you may have clicked on "Available"? Once you do that, there is no way to reset yourself. The flight you book you HAVE to fly. You will have to have an admin reset the board for you.

no I havent clicked on the available button just this morning I was looking down to see any available flights and there it was ANC to LAX . and I couldnt of chosen that because I flew ANC to VHHH the day before

Open board flights work on a different scheme than the charter ones and there is no reset button on these. They roll off the board after two days. Next time anything like this happen, please email me right away so that I can investigate. Digging through old logs is somewhat tedious so the sooner I find out, the better.

Btw, this is the first time anything like this has happened. I will definitely keep an eye on it but as a precaution, I would recommend that you change your password on the website.
