At this moment, we have in our Hub 15 Captains and 25 First Officers. This is a non-equal balance!!! Some of you have been waiting for a log time for a promotion to Captain, and you have told it to me. This is the reason because when the February Termination Procedures will be finished, we will announce some promotions to Captain.
