"Some Termination Procedures are opened in Europe and Middle East Hub. You know that in Globe Cargo, it's mandatory to bid at least one flight each month (and, of couse, fly it). If you look to the Pilot Roster, you can see some 0,00 flight hours pilots. They are in Globe Cargo for some months and they have flown no time. We want to prevent this in our Hub. Because of this two reasons, no-bid and no-fly activity, we have started some Termination Procedures (you can see the explain of this procedures in section 1.3 of the Pilot Manual). The communication between the pilots and the Regional Managers is very important. We know that the first thing in our life is the family and the real work. We are no professionals of simulated flights. So, if you can't bid for any question, or you can't fly for a time, please contact us, explain us the reasons. We are very understanding people <!--emo&:D--><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:D--><!--endemo--> The Termination Procedures started at this moment are: 1309 - F/O Carsten Jentges 1324 - F/O George Bates 1333 - F/O Dan O'Neill 1339 - F/O Zuhair M Ghazawi 1340 - F/O Nico Markrert Since the termination procedures were started, three pilots have resigned from Globe Cargo.
