I'ts only for the pax version but I think with a little tweakin' you can probably turn off some of the pax related announcements. I have the one for PMDG 737NG and it's worth every dollars. I will buy it soon. It really gives you the impression you are not alone.

"Hey man, thanks for the tip! Looks awesome! I used to have the old S-combo for the 742 and later the flightdeck companion but that one doesn't seem to work well with the PMDG bird. Hi Mark is this System better than FDC 3.4.0 ?,because FDC doesn,t seem to like PMDG 744 very much ! Mike"

"Mike, iy is relle good; at least the one for the 737. As for the 747, i don't know if it is only for the pasenger version or both. In any case, it's a very nice program."
