"Hello guys, I have two questions about the bidding for January: 1. I did not get the usual remainder - E-mail that the biddingproces is about to start? Forget this one... My spam-filter suddenly considered the mail as spam, altough it did not do that before? Anyway, it is solved now. 2. The first week in the bid-form is january 1 - january 1, a Monday. The flight however (NZ6970) is to be flown on a Thursday?? (I will asume that is the flight is to be flown on january 1). Take care, Wijnand"

"Hello Wijnand 1. An email did go out this month and I received a copy in my inbox. Bidding started a few days later than usual this month. 2. This must be an anomaly of the current system, which will be replaced soon when we launch the new website. Just fly NZ6970 on the first Thursday in January (FS date and time) and you'll be fine. The actual date and time when you fly is up to you, as long as it is in January and you set the FS date and time to match the schedule. Groeten uit Florida,"

Hi Mike, If you have a Hotmail or MSN account (those two are known, there may be others) parts of the current site for unkown reasons won't send email to those addresses. We've looked at it before and we can't make any sense of it but it should work as intended on the new site which isn't too far away. Justin"
