"Hi Tomas, CIVA IV 1.40 is the Delco Carousel IV-A inertial navigation system developed for MSFS by Marco Ravanello and Gianfranco Corrias. Three words describe this software: Excellent, superb and outstanding!! George, as far as your question; I have never had this error so I'm sorry I can't offer any help. Maybe someone else can step in here who is a little more versed in this device. Take care, Mark"

"Hello George, I had the same problem. I deleted the file "vmax742.Isd", which was damaged in some way. It will buid itself after you turn on the INS again. It did the trick for me. Wijnand"

Hi George, I had that problem too, funny enough it only occurred on the FIRST ins I switched on, be that nr 1, or 2 or 3. In my case I first turned on #1, then 2 and 3. #1 gave the error. I reloaded the panel, but this time I switched on #3 first. Now #3 gave the error and #1 was fine!! I will try again and see if got rid of this error. Take care, Wijnand"

"Hi, the error 08-69 is due to the software expiring. It will appear on the first unit you turn on and to get rid of it just cycle that particular unit off and back on again. An update is expected at the end of the month from HERE Regards"

Just curious, I could not find any information about new updates on their site? I also was unable to get into their forum. Any way, it is good to see those two are still in the game. My two cents: their freeware-product beats a lot of (expensive) payware applications, regarding bugs and support. Wijnand"
