Lost flight

"I attempted to send an email to the North America manager about a flight that FSAcars lost. I parked my aircraft at the end of the flight and went to accept the flight in FSAcars, and it said there was a problem and it had to close. I checked the log file, and since I coudn't accept the flight, there was nothing there. Did anyone get my email, as I haven't heard anything back. Thanks."
