"like many befor, i want to introduce myself. My name is Sebastian Froehlich and i live at EDDL under the glidepath of 23L, i am 22 years old and i study sports and history on university. Because of juggling with Latin and classical Greek my English seem to be a little bit rusty
. Iam a great fan of flying the Read for Pushback 747-200 and so Iam happy of flying with you and i hope to push my skills to a new and higher level. In addition to that i have my first question. In fact that iam a new pilot and miss the bid, i should chose flies from the open board. I`ve notice, that for eample right now ( 9:30 Local at Düsseldorf) the friday openboard flight from EHAM to OMDB is available although the departure time of this flight is 9:00 local. My question now: is it nesessary to start a flight correctly at the published local depaturetime or can i plan with some minutes, or even some hours delay, or can i start befor dep time? I havent found something about this in the pilot manual but it is possible i overlook it Regards Sebastian"

"Hey Sebastian, Welcome onboard
As for the Openboard flight, you can fly it, just change the time in Flight Simulator to about 20 Minutes - 1 Hour before your assigned departure slot (09:00 Local in your case) to allow for the pre-flight briefings
Most importantly, HAVE FUN Ross S"

"Sebastian, Hi and welcome on board, you can flight your assignment anytime you like in the real life but as Ross stated the Flight Simulator time must be similar to the time of departure, taking consideration of pre-flight duties try to stablish the FS time 30 min or 1h before, that´s all. Enjoy and have a good landing."

"The FS time and date must match the schedule. We don't care when you actually fly, as long as it is during the same month."
