Hoping this is right!

"Hi guys, I have just completed my first flight(open board AMS to DXB). When I check the open board flights my name is still on. The flight was logged OK in my logbook. Do the flights remain on the list or have I done something wrong?"

You're doing it right. The open board just shows that the flight was given to you."
