small question

Post by rafapiloto175 »

"Hi guys! I just planned my first flight and according with the pilot manual, the ship N454PA is a 744F from PAC, but in the dispatch release, came as a 742SF...This is cause any problem with the log? Another stuff, the FSACARS just have the B742 planes..should I put manually the B744 if I`m using it? Shoul I fly with 744 or 742? ( I dont have the texture for 742 yet :D ) Thanks"

"N454PA is a 744F but the dispatch release dates from the the early days of Globe Cargo when we were only flying the RFP 742 (the PMDG 744 didn't exist yet). We'll have a new dispatch release when we move to the new website. FSACARS should have all the 742's and 744's listed. Did you download the correct files? You can fly either the 742 (RFP model) or the 744F (PMDG model). You'll get the 742 textures after you logged 5 hours, but you can use another texture in the meantime. You can download all the 744F textures from our website."

No problem. Please add you name and pilot number in your signature. Also add your location in your profile if you don't mind."

Yes, it is normal. The open board shows that the flight was given to you. Please add your location to your profile."

It's operated by Atlas so the callsign would be 5Y9876."

"Rafael, anything that is not Polar or (POXXX) is Atlas. Even those that are on the Polar flight board that are not designated as PO flights, or at least this is what I was told a long time ago. :)"
