Contacting the Regional Manager for North America

I forgot my password and sent an email requesting a new one about a week ago and have not heard a response. I thought I contacted my Regional Manager but I am not sure. Can someone tell my EXACTLY how to contact the North American Regional Manager? This help would be most appreciated.

Steven, it seems that there is a lot of problems related to this adress and it is not possible to do anything so if you need anything just post on the forum or PM me. It will be faster that way. :wink:

Actually now that I think about it, is there a way to change the password to something that I customize so it's easier to remember? I tried to click the profile link in the "Company" dropdown menu but it wont let me click on the link. I click on it and nothing happens.

You will need to log in on the main page with your PID and the temporary password. Then you can go to the profile page and change your password. If you still have issues, send me a PM. http://www.globecargova.org/Pilots/editprofile.php
