Possible problem with flight boards

I recently flew two Titan flights, one from KFLG to KLAS in the AT72, and then from KLAS to KPHX. When I bid the flights, neither one showed up in the In Progress section. Also, when I finished the flights and submitted my pireps, they did not show up in the Flights completed section of the flight board. Is something amiss here, as I noticed it seems to be working for other pilots. My pireps did post for me under my hours, though.

Greg, this sounds like a problem with the pirep program, I'm gonna let Tomas chat with you about it. I don't think it's something I can help.

The flight should show in-progress as soon as you select and confirm. Did it stay as "available"? This would probably indicate that you never confirmed. Did you get an email with the flight details? If not, that is another indication that it didn't get booked. The PIREP will be accepted for a flight even though it is not in progres...

I did confirm, and it disappeared as an available flight. However, it did not go to "in progress". I did receive an email as well. And when done, it did not show as a finished flight on the board either, even though my pirep posted.

Can anyone figure out what is happening here? Could it be connected to the new ACARS?

Greg,
The ACARS programs have nothing to do with booking flights - they don't come into play until you submit a PIREP. Which in your case seems to have worked well. From your description it sounds more like a server-side glitch when you booked a flight. Did you say it happened to you twice in a row?? I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue and nothing like this showed up in testing.
In order for me to reproduce what seems to be an isolated problem I would need you to email right away if it happens to you again! That would let me go in and check any error logs to see what exactly went wrong with the booking and check the history of the flights in the database. Same goes for anyone else who experiences this same problem. I could possibly also add some debuging code on the server to track down this issue but first I would like to hear if it has happened to anyone else.
My email is in my signature...

OK, next time it happens, I will email you right away. Thanks.
