would it be possible to sub the 777F sub for MD-11F on Titan flights?

Unfortunately no. However with the MD11 being less and less supported by PMDG we may have to make some adjustments. Too bad, I like the MD11.

yea I wish they would support it for FSX. I wonder why they dont anymore? I ll keep a look out for those changes.
