GCP 2.1

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

GCP 2.1

Post by nwadc10 »

"I plan on uploading GCP 2.1 on Monday or Tuesday. A couple bugs were fixed such as completing a flight after having to load the flight now works properly. I also added a few extra items on the Enroute tab (altitude, time and distance to/from destination and departure) as well as sending position data to the website so your flight will appear on the FSACARS online flight map."

Yes you do...and the winner gets a free copy of GCP! When I packaged up the new version into the installer and sent it to a couple unlucky volunteers it came back with a strange problem outside the code of GCP. The problem was solved yesterday however we found some issues to fix in GCP and I won't be able to work on that until tomorrow afternoon and into Saturday (that is, if the wife will let me ;) ). It should be released within the next week. Another couple of features I added besides what's above: turn off and on position reporting to the website on the fly and operate GCP in offline mode where GCP will not interact with the website at all. Of course that requires manual submition of pireps which is undesireable but available for people having trouble when operating in online mode. Justin"

You can also use the PMDG phrase "It will be ready when it's ready" when asked for a specific release date.
