vatsim mitre event

Just a thought here, there is an upcoming event on vatsim at kord the first saturday of the new year. They have prefered routes and aircraft, mostly crjs left, but it appears you can fly in or out with any aircraft or route....
Might be the makings of the first flyin of the year for us.....
any thoughts...

This is a special event as an outside think thank will see if they can use Vatsim for their research. Vatsim did point out that people who will fly in the event will be expected to fly their route without problems. Also, and this will probably apply to me, if you have problems during the flight (my computers freezes for some seconds sometimes on-line) you will be disconnect and redirect to a site that will explain why but it will not be held against you. Just be careful if you are a newcomer.

I think this is a fascinating project - unfortunately I will be at work when this is held - I am REALLY disappointed!
