32/7 Problems

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

32/7 Problems

Post by Gary »

Just a reminder guys--The FAA looks very unfavorably on airlines that schedule or pilots that fly more than 32 hours in a rolling 7 days or 100 in 30 consecutive days. Also it defeats the realism we are striving for in balancing your flight schedule w/ the allowed times as mentioned above.

I see more and more of this w/ new folks and perhaps a review of FAA regs is in order. Enough said??

I know through some notes passed among managers here that it is being looked at a little more intently. All I can say for those seeing this now is to be more aware of your hours and limits thereof, as a whole.
