Flight Planning
How do you guys plan for your flights? After you select your bids or select your open board flight, then what? Please take me step by step through your routine
Re: Flight Planning
Joe,
I would give you an answer here, but to tell the truth, Justin would probably be better equipped to lay it out for you. He plans his flights in a very detailed manner so I think I'll let him chime in on this.

Re: Flight Planning
Actually, we just had a good discussion about this recently. I posted in detail my flight planning steps to include a reclear on an international flight. That post is here: viewtopic.php?p=19483#p19483.
I use FSBuild (payware) for my flight planning...until I finish writing GCFM
If you need more detail let us know!

Re: Flight Planning
Couple of websites that you might want to look at for route planning www.simroutes.com for US/Canadian flights and http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/ for international ones. For (US) charts, try www.myairplane.com or www.skyvector.com. For international look in http://usa-w.vatsim.net/charts/.
