Are Bid Window Emails still going out?
I just noticed my March bid form is open to me for bidding yet I didn't receive an email (like I have in the past) alerting me to that fact. Have other pilots received an email for both February and March bidding? I ask only so I can trouble shoot the problem to see if there is something wrong with my email account. Thanks

Haven't received mine for almost a year. I either remember to bid or don't, in which case I get one random bid from the co. I think this has come up before but I haven't found the posts yet.

The short story is that the email system has a mind of its own. I have always got the email but many in the past have reported that they don't get the emails. The only suggestion I have to to make sure that emails from @globecargova.org are in your safe senders list in your email client. Some ISPs will also block emails from certain domains before they even have a chance to get to your inbox which can contribute to the problem. I have noticed in the last few days that emails confirming the selection of a charter flight has taken an hour to arrive in my inbox when normally I get that email immediately. Long story short, Tomas has looked into it in the past but the nature of the system is such that we can't control it from our side.

I would also recommend double checking with the HR guy if he's got your right/current email address
