Crash of N831FT.

Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.

"As I was cruising along from KMSP to PANC I decided to change the size of my window so I could talk to Bert who was flying the same route but in reverse when suddenly all 4 engines stopped and I could not get them back on. <!--emo&:(--><!--endemo--> This is the CVR transcripts: At 3:45 minutes in the flight: Flight engineer:We've lost all power on all engines. Pilot: What the? Copilot:Hun? Pilot:That can't be. Copilot:Shit. Flight Engineer:I'm telling you. Pilot:O.K. guys let's get this thing of autopilot, establish a glide path and try to relight those engines. Copilot: O.K. autopilot off. Autopilot alarm sound. Pilot:I've got it (the plane). You guys just relight those suck.... Copilot:Throttle to retard. Flight Engineer:De-ice on, pumps are all on, all three pack valves off Numerous attempts to relight the engines are made while the aircraft drops from 37,000 feet to 17,000. Pilot: We've got nothing to loose; try starting the APU and use the bleed air. Copilot:That might work since everything else is not. Flight Engineer:Starting APU procedure. Copilot:Ready when you are. Flight Engineer:APU is on, bleed air is on at 100%. Copilot:Here we go. Flight Engineer:N2 20%. Copilot:Damn, it's not working. Flight Engineer:I don't understand, everything is looking fine, we should have relights on all 4. Pilot:Passing 10,000 guys, better find the problem. Flight Engineer:According to the instruments, there is no problems. Copilot:I would say that all 4 engines off is a problem. Pilot:Keep it cool guys. A few more attempts at restart are made. Pilot:Passing 9,000 guys forget it. Lets think about landing this baby. Pilot (to copilot):Send a Mayday and ask for SAR. Sounds of preparations being heard in the cockpit. Warning tone when aircraft descend through 2,500 feet. Pilot:Get ready, let's slow down the glidepath Pilot:Can we get the gear? Sound of lever being move. Copilot:No gear down. Pilot:O.K., we'll belly land the suck...... Warning sound: Too low gear. Pilot:Easy Pilot:Easy Copilot:Hun! Stall warning Stall warning Pilot:F.... Copilot:S.... Sounds of crash Recording stopped. Flight PO455 crash in a heavily forested area in nortern Canada. Because of the numerous trees that were densily packed the crew miraculously survived. "

Use care when opening the overhead bins as objects may have shifted during landing? <!--emo&--><!--endemo--> Just kidding! <!--emo&:P--><!--endemo-->
