how to get promoted to pilot

Guys, some time ago I requested the promotion to pilot, since I reached the necessary hours, but it has not yet been accepted, it's been a long time, does anyone know why?

Upgrade to Captain is based on seniority. Keep an eye on Captain Upgrade vacancies that are posted time to time. Upgrades are offered on an as needed basis and for that we use the number of FO's as the baseline. Ideally we'll have 50% CA and 50% FO. If FOs out number CAs you can expect an upgrade vacancy at some point at which time we look at the upgrade request list, verify minimum hours are met, then select in order of seniority.

The system shows you enrolled for the Captains exam.
Exam was ready for you to take but it shows you never logged into the exam.

You may want to ask Jamal if you can still take the test as the system shows it available to you.
