Multiple Uses of Flight Numbers

"PO414 is used in multiple flights. It is listed for ATL, BOM and LGG (on different days). Does this mean that PO414 flies non-stop ATL to BOM, then from BOM to LGG, then LGG back to ATL? I did the ATL-BOM yesterday (with the log to emailed this afternoon, I had a problem). If anyone has made the ATL-BOM run without a refueling stop please let me know how. I loaded 20K lbs cargo and 336K pounds of fuel and was not able to make it at FL310 and 0.80 mach."
