"Alain, Please, in the future, give your regional managers a heads-up by requesting a Leave of Absence if you are going to be out of town during the bid cycle. Until then, you can take Open Bid flights."

To be able to use the Cargo Loader, I need the config files of booth Companies' aircraft. How can I get them?</li>

They are available to any pilot in that region to fly AFTER you have flown your monthly bid flights. In your case, since you missed the monthly bid cycle, you have been authorized to pick any of the available open bids. They will nt show up on your assignment board. In there you will find the URL for the graphic. Copy/Paste it into your signature field. What you need to do is configure the loader to tell it where both your Polar and Atlas aircraft.cfg files are (no external configuration files needed).
