Here is where the coffee machine and Coke machine are kept. Please clean up after yourself and do not remove the magazines from this area. A good place to exchange thoughts with Operations personel and other pilots.
"Hi guys, In our VA we can fly the 200 one day and the 400 the next. But in real life, are pilots who transferred from the 200 to the 400 (they are rated for both types) permitted to fly both types or just one? Greetings from a very sunny Holland, Wijnand"
By the regulation JAA (maybe FAA same) We can fly Two type (Current) of airfcraft in JAR-OPS1 commercial flight like FAR - 135 the simulator check is done every 6 month (once 742 than next time on 744)
"I think it largely comes down to a question of bidding in the company. I am not certain because this situation isn't very common. Bids are very structured, you bid for one aircraft type but I think that as long as the pilot is *current* in both types, the pilot could pick up a flight on the other type if it doesn't have a complete crew (and their position is open). As far as bidding goes though, one 1 type is bid on. That's my take on it. Justin"
