"Another fairly dumb question. I am a North American pilot. Am I allowed to fly the Atlas charter flights, although I am a Polar pilot?"

"Hi Dan, yes you´re allowed! If there are any Atlas Charter flights available on the forum, just write a topic that you´ll choose the flight. "

"Hi Dan, We don't distinguish between Polar and Atlas pilots, instead you are a Globe Cargo pilot. There are two types of flights at GC. First we have Polar which is the scheduled flights that you must bid and fly at least one of those flights per month. Second, Atlas flights are strictly are charter side of the operation like in the real world. Once you have completed your assigned Polar flights for the month (or week and have time to squeeze in another flight before doing the next weeks' assigned flight(s)) you may sign up for an Atlas charter or select and open-board Polar flight. All pilots must fly Polar flights and many save themselves enough time to fly a couple Atlas flights per month. Justin"
