" Well, since I absolutely cannot trust FSAcars to record and successfully file any pirep, I was looking into the other software supported by this VA. I see it's FS Flight Keeper. Now, I have a perfectly good peice of software called FS Flight Tracker (not as graphical as FS Flight Keeper, but also not as CPU intensive) and does the job just fine. This one also offers web-based pirep filing and has no frame-rate impact on my system (I'm running a lowly 800mzh, so that's saying something). I was wondering if there was any plans on the horizon to add support for this software? I'd really prefer not to have to spend another $30 on software when I have the same ""type"" of software already. Thanx! -Rick Schaefer #1345"

Maybe we can help you troubleshoot. Put a post in the FSAcars Support section of the forum. Also, see my post to you in the Atlas section on your lost pirep."

"Hi Rick, Sorry, unfortunately there are no plans to accomodate FS Flight Tracker for use in reporting pireps. Justin"

It ends up being less than $20. I think I paid $18 and change or something. I was reluctant also but it's money well spent I assure you. I actually fly now instead of trying to get a PIREP to actually go through. Mark"

It has been super reliable as well. Not to mention all the other stuff that comes with it like the maps so you can pin point your parking area prior to departing etc etc. its really neat. Well worth the money and as Mark said, you get a discount I do believe."
