Globe Cargo

I have just rejoined and when I left the Globe Cargo Dispatch Generator was not yet running.I have searched the forums on information on how it works but no joy.Is there any readme's for the dispatch generator? JeffG

"well, it basicly you fill in the blanks, and it will generate a flight plan for you, you can send it to fs flight plan, print it out, or what ever you want. It gives you a release number for the cargo loader program. You dont have to use it, but it is kind of useful especially crossing the oceans, it gives you the waypoints for the ins. ed mosier 1287"
