Anyone have this add on?

Was looking this product over and saw this statement in the description: No impact on framerates whatsoever All the textures are the same size and resolution as the default textures. So there?s no impact on framerates. Was just wondering if anyone has tried this. It's 17.00 USD and is downloadable. Just seemed like it would have to have some kind of impact on framerates?

"Mike, the product name is the title of the post, guess I should have been a bit clearer on that. Ultimate Night Environment. It looks nice, but then again, most of the sight seeing in the whale is just on approach to land anyhow. But it did look kind of cool. I'm just afraid of getting too much on my system and getting sluggish performance. It said no effect on frame rates, but just seemed kind of hard to believe that? Gabriel, did it slow down your system at all? And if not what all add ons are you running and how big of system do you have?"

I use Night Environment Upgrade by Maurice Roenick (neu.zip and neufix.zip) which can be downloaded on Avsim. Looks very nice and I don't think it affects frame rates. I'm not sure whether the payware version is related."
