"I'm having one heck of a time with the cargo loader. I get hit-and-miss success with it. Sometimes it requires multiple reboots/restarts to get it to work. Others, it flat out won't work. Others again, works fine. The usual suspects are: ""Cargo Template not Replaced"" ""Could not modify Aircraft.cfg"" It seems to act like it can't find my GTI or PAC aircraft. I know it's configured correctly, since I can get it to work once in a while. I'm perplexed why others it won't work at all. Perhaps Mike Hanke can shed some light?"

"Did you guys check the configuration settings? You must make sure that the target cfg file is in the config setting. I had problems aswell but as soon as I contacted Mike Hanke I found out I didn't use it properly. You can contact him through the Globe Cargo Site hubinfo regards, Roderick"

I had the same problem once. It was just a question of reselecting the aircraft.cfg again. Make sure you actually highlight it when you select it up front.

"Thanks all for your input. However, I have done all the suggestions mentioned here. Perhaps there is a trick to the order in which the reconfiguration is done? Not sure. I make sure for certain that I've properly highlighted the appropriate aircraft.cfg file each time I run it. Apparently its just a matter of ""fiddling"" until it feels like writing the loadout to the .cfg file. I'll keep working with it until I find the ""magic"" setup order.
Thanks for your input Mike. I will send you the .cfg of the aircraft next time it fails for me. As everyone here understands, it acts like it either can't find, or won't write the aircraft.cfg. I am positive that I've got it configured right, it's just that I have to ""fiddle"" to get it to work (reconfigure but essentially telling the GCL where FS9 and the Polar and Atlas aircraft are each time I run it."

"I don't know if this helps at all, but I always use the cargo loader before I even start FS (and any addonds) at all and I've never had any problems with the loader. Could it be that FS or some other program is locking the config file and thus the loader cannot overwrite it? regards, Petri"

"Mike, Everything seems to be working fine now. Worked today....twice in a row! Once for RKSI to RJAA, and again RJAA for KORD. Hummmmm...... "
