• About pay scale & earning : is it real money, or just for fun? How does it work really?</li>
• As I told you, I missed the last bid. So I subscribed a flight from the Open Board Flights. What's the difference between both? When I subscribe from Open Board Flights, I don't see my as assined with this flight (from LGG to New york). Is it normal?</li>
• How to get the First Officier graphic for the signature ?</li>
• To be able to use the Cargo Loader, I need the config files of booth Companies' aircraft. How can I get them?</li>

They are available to any pilot in that region to fly AFTER you have flown your monthly bid flights. In your case, since you missed the monthly bid cycle, you have been authorized to pick any of the available open bids. They will nt show up on your assignment board. What you need to do is configure the loader to tell it where both your Polar and Atlas aircraft.cfg files are (no external configuration files needed).
