"Thanks for the welcome. Just wanted to add, that I love to fly the 747. My preferences are more to the -400F version, but I also have the RFP. I would love to be able to fly this one as good as I can fly the -400 one. If anyone would be willing to teach me on this plane it would be greatly appreciated. Greetings Juan Carlos"

Hi Juan Carlos, If you are looking for help on learning this very complex and complete simulation of the 744 that PMDG has made I would refer you to the TRC's(Type Rating Courses) that the lead developer, who is also a line pilot, has written. They are a great training tool and take you from a cold/dark cockpit to the ins and outs of the MCP and the FMC. I would highly recommend them. You can find them <a href=""http://www.precisionmanuals.com/html/downloads.htm"" target=""_blank"">here</a>. Also, you can find TRC #4 <a href=""http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az= ... &mode=full"" target=""_blank"">here</a>. Mark"

Ahhh, sorry Juan. Misunderstood ya there. Still, these are great tutorials for the 744. As far as the 742, your best bet is to read the manuals over and over and visit the RFP forums to get answers for any of your questions. We'll certainly help you out here also. Don't hesitate to ask. Mark "

"Thanks, I will read the manuals. By the way, I just noticed that my panel hasn´t a TCAS as I´ve seen in some pics of you. Do you know how I can install this? Greetings Juan Carlos"

You can download it for free from AVSIM. Search for ""ilh_tcas_v4.zip"" by Lee Hetherington."
