Attachments in Stickies

"I was wondering if someone could forward me the files referenced in the stickies for this forum. They are the takeoff and approach data form, flight planning documents and an RFPv2 checklist. Apparently the attachments didn't get converted correctly when the web site was upgraded. My email is

I have an RFP checklist (actually more a
task list) that I developed for myself over the years. I posted it on the forum and many pilots liked it. One pilot even told me that he laminated it. If you would like a copy , send me an email at the address in my signature."
