Globe Cargo

"Prior to my old computer crash, I had some GREAT airport scenery for YSSY. And it wasn't VOZ scenery. Now that my new computer is up and running, I want to add all my scenery back in. My old files were wiped out in the crash. I have looked everywhere for that scenery on AVSIM, Flightsim, Etc. and can't find anything that looks decent. This even had the Quantas cargo hangars, etc. Does anyone know where I can get some nice YSSY scenery, preferably for free? I don't know what the VOZ scenery for it looks like, but one reason I am leary of getting VOZ is it changes your textures worldwide, and when you fly out of Australia, you have to save your flight, go into FS and change back to the default textures, and then reload your flight (at least that is what I think they are saying in the VOZ manual). I don't want to do that. Can anyone help me?"

Ya I tryed VOZ and ya it changes the entire world so I ended up uninstalling it. I am also looking for some nice YSSY scenery and one for YMML also if anyone knows of a good one.

"Greg I suggest you install the VOZ scenery, as it has some great Sydney scenery, as well as many other places around Aus. I don't find too much difference in the international scenery with it installed. When you fly out of Aus you will probably be at high altitude so it doesn't make much difference to the ground scenery. Regards John"

"I uninstalled VOZ because it changed my rivers and roads worldwide. I wouldn't mind having it if it didn't change my textures, but since I don't only fly in the Outback, I had to yank it out of my PC.."

"Actually, I found the scenery I was referring to. It is the FS2002 version of Sydney. I just didn't have all of the 3rd party textures loaded like on my old machine, so it didn't show up right. Follow the manaul, right? Anyway, I downloaded all of those textures, and the scenery is great now, and works in FS9! "

I think that if you fly outside Australia, you just click on a button and the VOZ scenery for the rest of the world reverts back to the old one or something like that."
