Looking for real pilot!

"Hi all, This is a message I am sending on behalf of my nephew who is a real 747 captain. He is urgently looking for a (real) flight engineer with an FAA licence to ferry a 747-200 out of EGSS Stansted to Asia. This could interest a retired FE available next week for 4 to 5 days, All expenses are paid, of course. If you know someone who could be available for this short mission please contact

Thanks to those of you who offered to help. The flight eng has been found. I know more about the project: a 747 200F (1974) has been sitting at EGSS for 4 years following a bankrupcy. It has been bought by a freight co which is planning to send it to EGPK for gear check and then to Jakarta for revision. EGSS - EGPK should be flown this week with the gear down all the way! They are waiting for final paper work and checks... Luc

That would make for a fun Atlas repositionning flight. To fly with the gear down at a maximum of 250 knots.
