Is Our Region Final?

Is Our Region Final?

Post by Austin Beckner »

Good evening all! I have everything set up for my first flight but I have a question. Is our assigned region final. To me it would be more realistic to be in America but I can handle Asia Australia! Thanks guys I was just curious!

Austin, actually regions are not really playing a huge part right now. I think they only serve to be able to assign a pilot to a manager. You may fly out of any region you wish. We no longer limit you to taking flights from your region on the Polar schedule.

Also, just a note. Atlas Charters are wide open as well, don't worry about where they begin or end. Just fly what you desire. Some of the guys like to try and connect their flights from one to another for realism. If you take an Atlas charter, give me a day or less and you will usually see a connecting flight that begins from where you left off. Enjoy!

Thank you for the quick reply... I appreciate it.. I would like to be in America because I am more comfortable there with Atlantic routes right now!

yeah, I'm based in Asia/Australia, but I rarely fly there/ out of there. I live the US, so I fly out of the US. I really can't even remember my manger off the top of my head, I've never had to contact him.
