Hello,

I'm having problems bidding in that, I can select a route, but none of the information that usually goes with that route is showing below. Having the same problem with Opera and IE. Is it just me experiencing this?

I think you will need to put some specific info on this such as what route(s) you are trying to bid and what information is not present. Also when you are talking about this missing information. Is it missing before you actually select the bid or after your bid is complete?

Did you receive a confirmation e mail showing you what you bid?

Just a few things that will aid Tomas in helping you on this.

same here... in the past when a route was selected, a small box usually appeared bellow with the flight information. departure time etc etc... Nothing appears now.

I am new to Globe and bid for first time. All went well and recieved e-mail confermation

Hi Bryan,

It affects all routes. The box that usually appears beneath the flight number and destination is missing - the box that would tell me what aircraft is assigned to the route, what the times are, what the various legs are if it's not non-stop etc. I haven't obviously completed my bid yet (as I can't see what I'm bidding on yet!), but it is missing both when I select/highlight a route for more details and after I've placed a 15 min hold on it. I don't know whether it would appear once I've confirmed my bid or whether the information would come through via email correctly, because as I say, I'm not currently able to see what I'm bidding on, so haven't confirmed anything. I'm on Vista and tried using Opera and Internet Explorer.

Chris,

The route information that you are looking for will be displayed on the next page when you hold the routes you have selected for 15 minutes. Select the routes you want to fly on the first page, and verify them on the second (with route info).

Not so unfortunately. As mentioned, no route information was displayed when the routes were put on hold either. I've just tried it again and get the same result. Another pic to prove it, after putting a route on hold this time...

Well, I've bid. No flight information was displayed at any stage at all on the website, although the information has come through on email. I ended up having to corroborate the schedule pages with the bid form. Unfortunately I didn't get quite what I wanted, but never mind, hopefully it will work as normal next month.

Confirmed and fixed. My apologies. As part of the update of the schedule, some of the cities has line breaks in them. This of course totally threw off the JavaScript that we use to display that route info...

Chris, if you want to re-bid just let me know and I can work some magic with the database...
