Looking for a passenger VA

In my continuous quest to find a good passenger VA, I have just about given up. Yeah, so I am looking for the "perfect" VA which makes it kind of hard...
Here is a list of my "requirements", in order of importance:
- Good community with an active forum and flight board
- Regional and global routes
- Fleet with repaints for the PMDG 737, PMDG 747, CS 757 and LVD 767
- Optional fleet with the CS 707 and Dreamfleet 727
- "Reasonable" seniority guidelines where a 2000+ hours pilot like me doesn't have to spend months flying regional turboprops
- Loose schedule where max 2-3 flights per month are required
*Sigh* Still looking and would appreciate pointers.
Thanks guys!

Flying Tigers Group
Has everything you needed, including a VERY active message board and classic flight schedules for several airlines.

I tried them a little while back. The boards might have been active but I found the management a little too heavy-handed and the whole concept of stuffing over a dozen airlines under the same umbrella didn't have a very realistic feel to me...
I should add that I am flexible as far as region is concerned - except maybe Europe since the airspace there is a mess... On the other hand, maybe I can start looking there. Never too old to learn new procedures...

Have you looked at British Airways VA? No 737 PMDG though, although there are some 737-300/400/500 routes and you might fool them by using the PMDG and pretending you're using the PIC 737.

I fly for BA VA and use the PIC737 on 737 routes. They say nothing about using payware aircraft, however, for realism many people do I think.
The forum is very active, although I dont really contribute to that an awful lot...and they have a very good PIREP program, like GCP. It has a built-in schedule where you can enter any data into the search fields and look for your ideal flight etc... for example, yesterday, I searched for flights into Gibraltar as I have some nice scenery for it, and viola, there it was...all the details you need for the flight, and even an online flightplan search.

Thanks guys - I will give BA a try. I guess I just have way too high expectations after seeing what we do at GC!

Used to fly Scandinavian Airways had 500+ hrs with them before I got bitten by the Cargo Bug, you get no hassle with Cargo, Passengers are a pain in the Ass ! seriously they are a pretty good VA or used to be, the problem is they don,t as far as I know have any 747 s in the Fleet

I fly for Delta VA, very active and serious VA. You can fly whatever aircraft you like: B727, 737 PMDG, B767 levelD, B747's, airbusses and many turbo props. You don't have to start at the beginnig with 2000+ hours. I could start with the B737-800 right away.

Well.... I did see an article in regard to DHL doing some pax charters a while back. No kidding on that either.... I believe it was connected to a band or something of that nature and DHL had contracted to fly them to about 8 different places. Not just equipment, but the actual band, crew, etc... I happened onto some type of flight scheduling page that gave the crew their information such as times, type aircraft, points of departure, destination, etc.
