Request for Company Routes

I'm sure that Craig put in some serious time compiling all the Polar and Atlas routes as posted in the "downloads" page and that deserves a HUGE "thanks" from all of us.
I was hoping that someone had the same list of routes in the native FS format? I use FS Build religiously for my flight planning as it calculates weights and fuel requirements. However, it doesn't import PMDG flight plans. (There is a function to import .rte, but that is in PIC format not PMDG - "no-go"
).
I could cut-and-paste every route from the Word doc, but that is extremely time consuming. I was hoping someone may have already done such a chore and would be willing to share.
