Globe Cargo

Howdy everybody,

I have been absent for the better part of the summer but I have been extremely busy. I have recently applied for a Commission with the United States Navy and filling out all of their paperwork, testing, and so forth has consumed a majority of my time. That and a reduction in flying at work has left me scrambling to pick up what ever trips I can to make hours. However my application package for the USN has been sent out so I should hear something back by the end of the month if I am accepted into the program I want, if not I'll have to reapply until I get picked up However with that out of the way I have some free time and plan to get back up in the air. I've already got an ORD-KIX-ANC-ORD planned.

Hey, just want to say good luck. I am presently preparing a package for STA-21 for Jul 09 deadline. Hardest part is getting all this stuff ready to go. After the package is mailed it must be a huge relief that it is off your shoulders and all you have to do is wait for the results. Hey I wish youall the best and hope you get selected. Trying to find all the necessary documents and medical files and testing was a huge burden and I am greatly relieved that it is out of my hands now. I've put in a package for SNA (Student Naval Aviator) and SNFO (Student Naval Flight Officer) and SWO (Surface Warfare Officer). I am finishing up my degree with ERAU, have a 4.0 and already have my Private's licence with instrument rating. I scored really high on the Aviation testing but my Officer Score (how well you will do in School) was only average. I'm hoping to get selected at this board but if not I'll just keep reapplying!
