As you can see in the Job Postings section of our forum, we are looking for Chief Pilots for each aircraft in our fleet. We recently filled the position of CP for the B757/B767 but the positions are still available for the ATR, B727, B747-200F and B747-400F.
We are looking for fellow simmers who are willing to learn the aircraft, share their knowledge and help others. There is no requirement to be an 'expert' on the subject, just a willingness to learn and share. Chief pilots can contribute by relating their experience when they learn something new during a flight for example. They can surf the internet and monitor other forums (like PMDG, LDS, etc) for useful posts. They can keep an eye on the ATR and Boeing websites. They can work with our Director of Flight Operations on the development of training materials and printed aids such as custom checklists, calculation sheets, etc. Anything that would add realism and increase everyone's enjoyment in flying these aircraft.
Remember... the best way to learn, is to teach.
Any volunteers?

Re: Chief Pilots Needed
Unfortunately, Bodo is not interested in developing any materials and has opted to vacate the position so that others who have the motivation can apply. He has already contributed a lot to GC with his involvement in the development of RFP and his many excellent repaints. Now let's see who's up to the challenge.

I am totally up for being the 747-400 chief pilot. I've flown over 800 hours on the thing, and I think I know it pretty well. (tosses hat in circle)
