Globe Cargo

Hey guys, quick question.
I applied for captain's upgrade in August and failed the test both times, I'm coming up on the three month mark and I was wondering if I could apply for the upgrade again now and then take the test when the three months are done or do I have to wait to apply again after three months has come and gone?

Also, when I went to take the test the first time I tried to download the supplied study materials from the downloads page but the link must be broken or something because I couldn't download the file. It isn't that I would get to the download screen and then the download would stop, I would click the link and nothing would happen. The link wouuld change color to show that I had indeed clicked on it but nothing would happen. I tried this in several different browsers and got the same result. Anyone have any thoughts?

Steven, I just verified that the link seems to be broken. I will have a look this evening and post here when I figure out what is wrong...

It's got to be at least 3 months before you can re-apply.

Dang. Sorry, I knew that I forgot something. I was out of town a few days and we are still trying to get thing together for the Titan launch. I just wrote myself a note and will have a look this evening. Thanks for the reminder!

Hmmm... I looked and that link points to a non-existent page. Maybe Justin knows where it is suppose to go...

I believe this is still a work in progress and a possible future feature

I believe the reference material is the AIM FAR publication which is easily found on the internet anyway. The link would point to the document on the FAA site but a simple search would take you there as well.
