Point it to your My Documents>Flight Simulator Files (or Flight Simulator X Files).

Perhaps a little more detail on what you're looking for?
Your GCP PIREP Logs are in the Program Files\Globe Cargo Virtual Airlines\Globe Cargo PIREP\Logs folder.
The panel states download into the Flight Simulator 9\PMDG\747400\PanelState folder.

Peter, email Tomas if you can't get a response. I have no idea on this one. Tomas will know this answer.

With all due respect Peter, you really haven't.
"Not Working" is pretty ambiguous. What specifically is "not working"? Does the program fail to launch? Can't find your Flight Sim path for configuring (as per your post in the Globe Cargo PIREP board? Perhaps and uninstall/reinstall, paying specific attention to the install directory?
Help me help you.....

Is this where your FSX is installed? If so, what is not configuring? Is GCP PIREP not saving that directory?
2. for flight directory i go to Peter, to my documents to fsx files
Is this where your FSX stores your FSX flight plans? Is GCP PIREP not saving that directory?

There's a piece of information you left out before.
Run GCP PIREP as "Administrator", and see what happens.
