That looks like exactly where i saw it last night when i left Hong Kong.

When i arrived last Tuesday it was still at the Haeco Maintenance area - So as u can see it has been moved.

The Cargo Door Can be opened from Underneath the plane under the door - Or just to the right hand side of the Cargo door from a JCPL ( High Loader).
Both are "Hidden"Compartments u would see unless you are looking for them. You basically tap them ( Spring Loaded ) and the small door opens to show all the controls.
First you have to release the "Pressure" lock on the door - Which has been done in this photo obviously - Thats what the two squares on the top of the Cargo Door are - Shows u it is unlocked

Those two small doors are pressure relief doors. They will cave into the compartment at 30 psi. So despite popular believe, a 747 will not stay at the bottom of the ocean watertight.
