Bid process not running?

Hi guys,
I tried to bid for some flights today because it's been already the 17th again, but I get an "bid process is not running" message. Is this an error on my side or do more people have this message?

Peter,
I was able to bid my flights yesterday. Checked just now and it is running on my end, so I'm not sure what the problem would be.

Thanks guys,
then the problem must have been occured after I returned from a LOA last month.

Hi Peter,
I just had a quick look and your LOA box was still ticked. It means that when Michel generated his list for February bids you were not included. I've corrected it now, so next month everything will be back to normal. Apologies for the confusion.
